What happens if a complaint is resolved in the customer's favour?

Should a complaint be resolved in the customer's favor, a penalty charge in line with our Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be applied (a driver no-show would be -150% penalty applied to the booking which means no payment and -50% penalty fee).

This will be automatically deducted from your next payment.
